Serviceplan is support agency of the Hamburg School of Ideas

Serviceplan cooperates with the Hamburg School of Ideas to promote creative young talents. The aim is to support and accompany these young talents in their first steps in the communications industry and to offer them the ideal starting conditions.

The Hamburg School of Ideas trains universally deployable communication creatives: not only copywriters and concept developers, but also social media and online marketing managers, content developers, screenwriters, book authors and creative planners.

The one-year dual traineeship consists of two six-month full-time internships at creative and communication agencies, as well as evening classes with lecturers who are mostly C-level creatives and business professionals. The Hamburg School of Ideas is officially recognised by Germany’s Federal Education Law and is the equivalent of a vocational college. It also offers further training and workshops for communication and marketing professionals.
